Have questions? You’ve found the right spot!

Western Pour is a dry hire mobile bar and bartending service which means we do not have a liquor license due to California liquor laws and cannot provide the alcohol for any event. However, we can provide everything BUT the alcohol.

We specialize in catering a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate gatherings to bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and more! Whatever event you are planning, we are here to bring our expertise and creativity to make it extraordinary!

Our Packages page provides the basic options for what we can provide for your event. For a custom quote, please reach out to us!

Yes! We have General and Liquor Liability Insurance and can provide it upon request.

We serve the Bakersfield area and offer a 30-mile radius with no travel charge. Anywhere outside of that radius will be $0.70 per mile.

To get started, begin by filling out the form on our Book Now page. This form collects essential details we will need for your event. Following that, we will arrange a consultation call or meeting to discuss your menu preferences for your guests. Afterward, we will create a personalized contract that includes a custom quote and the finalized menu.

To secure your event date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing our contract. In the month leading up to your event, we will discuss bar decor options, finalize the menu, and more. 14 days before your event, we will require the finalized guest count and complete the final payment. If the guest count has increased from the original contract, the final payment will reflect this adjustment on an updated contract and invoice. If the guest count remains unchanged, the final payment will match the quoted amount in the original contract. Once we receive this information and payment, we will provide you with the exact quantities needed for purchasing alcohol.

We accept payments via cash, credit card, check, or Zelle.

If your event is canceled or postponed, all deposits and payments made to Western Pour are non-refundable but transferable. Any deposits and/or payments can be credited to your account and held as store credit for up to one (1) calendar year from the original event date.
